CGM report reader

Your glucose sensor records hundreds of readings a day. Upload the file your sensor app exports, or type in the numbers from the first page of your report, to see how much time you spend in range, when your lows happen, what your typical day looks like, and what to do next.

A guide to discuss with your doctor, not a prescription. Do not change insulin or other medicine doses from this page. The file is read on your phone or computer and is never uploaded anywhere.

1. About you

"Older or at high risk" is for people who are frail, have many other illnesses, or have had severe lows. Your doctor can tell you which fits.

2. Your data

Choose your CSV file, or drop it here.

Works with FreeStyle Libre (LibreView), Dexcom Clarity and Medtronic CareLink exports, and most other CSV files with a time and a glucose column.

How to export the file
  • FreeStyle Libre: sign in at libreview.com on a computer, open Glucose History, and choose Download glucose data. Your doctor's LibreView account can do the same for a Libre Pro sensor.
  • Dexcom: sign in to Dexcom Clarity, choose Export, pick the dates and save the CSV.
  • Medtronic: in CareLink Personal, open Reports, choose Data Table (CSV) and save it.
  • Other sensors: use the app's export or share option and choose CSV. If the file has a date and time column and a glucose column, it will usually work.

3. What your report says
