About Dr. Khizer
Dr. Khizer Hussain Junaidy founded Caspian Healthcare and leads it as Medical Director. He holds an MBBS, an MD in Pharmacology and a Fellowship in Diabetes, with the CCEBDM and EPGCD certificate courses in diabetes, and SCOPE certification in obesity management from the World Obesity Federation.
Diabetes and obesity are managed together, by one doctor, because in most people who have them they are one problem. The plan is measured properly, reviewed on a schedule, and changed when it stops working. The first visit covers a full history, an examination, weight, waist, blood pressure and a capillary glucose done in the room. You leave with a written plan and a follow-up date.
He has published research in peer-reviewed journals, has served as a principal investigator in clinical trials, and writes plain-language health guides for patients under Caspian Press, available on Amazon.
Diet advice is given by the clinic's nutritionists at no separate charge alongside his consultation. Laboratory tests are done by Caspian Diagnostic Centre in the same building, with most results the same day.

What we do not do
Bariatric surgery is not performed here. There is no operation theatre. If an assessment points that way you will be referred to a surgeon.
Nobody here will put a number on your result. A specific promise of kilos lost is guessing or selling.

- What does a consultation cost?
- The consultation is ₹400 (₹500 from 16 September 2026), including a capillary blood glucose check and a diet consultation. The same fee applies at every follow-up. Laboratory tests are billed separately.
- Is Dr. Khizer an endocrinologist?
- No. He is a Diabetologist and Bariatric Physician: a physician with an MD, a Fellowship in Diabetes and certified training in obesity management. He treats diabetes, obesity and thyroid disease medically.
- What if I need to be seen on a Sunday?
- Dr. Khizer does not consult on Sundays. A primary care physician is on site 24 hours, including Sundays, and the laboratory and pharmacy are open.
