At Caspian Healthcare, we look after families in Vijay Nagar Colony and the surrounding areas of Hyderabad. Our hospital brings together specialist consultations, a 24-hour pharmacy, nursing cover and inpatient beds, with a laboratory in the same building, so that most of what a family needs is available in one place rather than across four.
We are known first for diabetes and obesity care, and equally for pediatrics, general medicine, psychiatry and pulmonology. Whether it is a routine checkup, a child's fever at midnight, a difficult sugar reading or an admission for a few days, the same principle applies: unhurried consultations, explanations repeated as many times as needed, and nobody leaving until they understand what happens next.
What we do not have, we say so. There is no emergency department, no operation theatre and no intensive care unit here. Acute medical problems are managed; anything needing higher care is stabilised and referred the same day.
When we started Caspian Healthcare, the aim was simple. Most patients in this city are asked to travel between a clinic, a lab, a pharmacy and a hospital to complete one episode of care. We wanted those under one roof, at prices a working family can plan for.
What we have built is a hospital that keeps its pharmacy and nursing cover open around the clock, admits patients who need a few days of supervised care, and refers onward promptly and honestly when a case needs a tertiary centre. Our laboratory in this building keeps the same hours.
The part we care most about is not on any equipment list. It is that a consultation is not rushed, that a question can be asked twice without irritation, and that a patient leaves satisfied rather than merely seen. That standard applies to every doctor and every member of staff here, not only to me.
