Vaccination for your employees

A single influenza season can take a week off a hundred people. A canteen worker with typhoid closes the kitchen. A lab assistant with a needle-stick injury and no hepatitis B cover becomes a six-month problem. Caspian Healthcare vaccinates staff for offices, factories, pharma units, laboratories, food businesses, schools and hospitals, at the clinic in Vijay Nagar Colony, with one register and one invoice for HR.

Group terms for employers. These apply to every employer booking, whatever the headcount.
16% offthe printed MRP of every vaccine
₹0consultation fee, usually ₹500 per person
₹0administration fee, usually ₹200 per visit
No minimumfive staff or five hundred

So the only cost per employee is the vaccine itself, at 16% below MRP. Vaccines are given at the clinic; we do not run camps at the employer's premises, because the cold chain, the doctor and the observation area are here.

Which vaccines, for which kind of work

Most employers start with influenza for everyone, then add what the work calls for. Prices are the manufacturer's MRP per dose of the product we hold and the group price after the 16% reduction, rounded to the rupee. The number of doses is stated, because some courses need more than one visit.

How a staff vaccination drive works

  1. You tell us about the team. Company name, number of staff, the kind of work, and which vaccines you have in mind. The form below, a call to the pharmacy, or a WhatsApp message to reception all work.
  2. We send a written quote within one working day. The vaccines, the group price per dose, how many visits each course needs, and the dates we can hold stock for your group.
  3. Your staff come to the clinic. In booked slots, or as walk-ins quoting the company reference, Monday to Saturday. A doctor checks each person for allergies, pregnancy, current illness and earlier doses before anything is given. Each visit takes about twenty minutes including observation afterwards.
  4. Each employee gets a record card. Vaccine, brand, batch number, date and the date of the next dose if there is one, signed with the doctor's registration number.
  5. HR gets the register and the invoice. One list of who was vaccinated with what and when, and who still has a dose due. We remind the staff who are due for the second or third dose, so the course is actually finished.

Billing, your way

Choose whichever suits your accounts:

Either way the group terms are the same, and a company can mix the two: for example, influenza paid by the company and shingles paid by the employee who wants it.

What stays private

The register HR receives shows who was vaccinated, with what, when, and what is still due. That is all. If the doctor finds something during the check that needs follow-up, that conversation is with the employee, not the employer. An employee's medical details go to the company only if the employee agrees in writing, which is the same rule as on our employer health page.

Common questions from HR

Is there a minimum number of employees?

No. The group terms apply to any employer, from a five-person office to a factory floor. Larger groups are simply spread over more days.

Can you come to our office?

No. Vaccines are given at the clinic in Vijay Nagar Colony, where the cold chain, the doctor and the observation area are. Staff come in booked slots or walk in with the company reference, Monday to Saturday.

Who pays, the company or the employee?

Either. The company can be invoiced for the whole group, or each employee pays at the counter at the group rate. We agree which before the first dose.

What does HR receive afterwards?

A completion register listing each employee, the vaccine, brand, batch, date and the date any next dose is due, plus the invoice. Each employee also gets a signed record card. Anything beyond that in a person's medical record stays with the employee.

Does a doctor see each employee?

Yes. A doctor checks each person for allergies, pregnancy, illness and previous doses before anything is given, and every employee is observed for a short while afterwards. There is no consultation fee for this on group bookings.

When should we do the influenza vaccine?

In Hyderabad, influenza rises with the monsoon and again in winter. The best time for a staff drive is May to July, before the monsoon, and the vaccine is repeated every year.

Vaccines are prescription medicines. Suitability, timing and contraindications are determined by a doctor after individual assessment. This page is general information about a clinical service and is not a prescription, a recommendation to purchase any product, or a substitute for consultation.

MRP shown is the manufacturer's maximum retail price per dose of the product we hold, as listed on each vaccine page, and the group price is that figure less 16%. Manufacturers and the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority revise prices from time to time; the quote we send is the price that applies.
