Caspian Healthcare is a registered Small Healthcare Organisation in Vijay Nagar Colony with seven departments, a 24-hour laboratory, a pharmacy and five inpatient beds, all in one building. A primary care physician is on the premises at every hour. For an employer, that means one place that can check your staff, vaccinate them, and see them when they fall ill, including on a night shift.
Blood tests, urine tests, ECG and a doctor's review, done by our laboratory, Caspian Diagnostic Centre. Each employee gets their own report and can see a doctor here to have it explained.
Sugar, HbA1c, blood pressure, weight and waist, with a doctor's advice on the spot. Staff who need follow-up are offered an appointment with the right consultant here.
Influenza, hepatitis B, typhoid, tetanus and the other adult vaccines, from a live stock board. Meningococcal vaccine for staff going on Hajj or Umrah, with the certificate.
For staff already living with diabetes, obesity, thyroid disease or high blood pressure: consultant clinics, a nutritionist included with any consultation, and a Cardiac Profile with ECG and echo.
A physician is on the premises through the night, with the laboratory and the pharmacy. Staff on late or night shifts do not have to wait for the morning.
Iron deficiency is common in working women and easy to miss. We test for it and, where the doctor advises it, treat it with an IV iron infusion in one visit. FibroScan liver checks run as a regular camp.
Billing can be done in one of two ways: staff pay at the counter at our listed rates, or the company is billed for the agreed work. We agree which one before anything starts.
Each employee's report and consultation are private to that employee. The company receives a summary for the group, such as how many people had high sugar or high blood pressure, with no names. An individual report goes to the employer only if the employee agrees to it in writing.
This is how health data should be handled, and it is also why staff turn up: people come for a check when they know their manager will not read the result.
There is no emergency department, operation theatre or intensive care unit here. Acute medical problems are managed on site; anything needing surgery, ventilation or intensive monitoring is stabilised and referred the same day.
For chest pain, sudden weakness, a serious accident, heavy bleeding, unconsciousness or a seizure that will not stop, call 108 or go to the nearest hospital with emergency facilities.
