Caspian Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act 2013, trading as Caspian Healthcare, operates the website caspianhealthcare.in. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
This policy covers the website only. Your medical records, prescriptions, test results and treatment history are held separately in our clinical records system, governed by medical confidentiality and applicable medical records regulations, and are not part of the data described here.
1. What we collect
When you use the contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number, the subject line and the content of your message.
When you request an appointment on our appointment page, we collect your name, your mobile number, what you need, whether you want to come in or speak to someone first, when you would prefer to be seen, and anything else you choose to add. This is sent to and stored on Caspian Healthcare's own server in India. It is not sent to a third-party booking platform. We do not ask for an email address to request an appointment.
If you use the optional Eka Care link on that page to book directly with a doctor, you leave this website. Anything you enter there is collected by Eka Care under their own privacy policy, not by us.
When you book a camp or a health package and pay for it on this website, we collect your name, mobile number, age and, if you give them, your email address and who referred you. We also keep a record of the booking itself: the date and time slot, the amount, and the reference Razorpay gives us for the payment. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank details.
When you apply through our careers page, we collect your name, contact details and the information in your application.
Automatically, when you browse, our hosting provider records anonymous, aggregate information: the page visited, the country and approximate region, the type of device and browser, and which site you arrived from. This does not use cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and cannot be traced back to you as an individual. We use it to see which pages are useful and where the website is failing people.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, medical details through this website. If you include medical information in a message anyway, we treat it with the same confidentiality as any clinical information, but the website is not a secure channel for it. 2. Why we collect it

- To meet legal or regulatory obligations where these apply
We do not use your information for any other purpose. We do not build advertising profiles, and we do not sell it.
3. Your consent
We collect the information above only when you choose to give it, by filling in a form and ticking the consent box. You can withdraw that consent at any time by writing to info@caspianhealthcare.in. Withdrawing consent does not affect anything we did lawfully before you withdrew it, and it may mean we cannot respond to an enquiry you have already sent.
4. Who we share it with
- Vercel Inc., which hosts this website and provides its cookieless visitor statistics, and Amazon Web Services, which hosts the server in India on which enquiries and appointment requests are stored
- Eka Care, only if you choose the optional link to book directly with a doctor on their platform. Appointment requests made on this website are not shared with them.
- Razorpay, only when you pay for something on this website. Your name, mobile number and email address are passed to them so they can process the payment and send you a receipt. They handle your card, UPI or bank details directly, under their own terms and privacy policy, and we never see them.
- Any authority we are legally required to disclose to, and only to the extent required
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not share it with pharmaceutical companies, marketing agencies or data brokers, and we do not use advertising or retargeting trackers.
5. How long we keep it
Contact form enquiries and appointment requests are kept for 12 months from the date you sent them and then deleted. Job applications are kept for 12 months from the date of application. Visitor statistics are aggregate only, are retained by our hosting provider, and contain nothing that identifies you.
Bookings you paid for are different. A paid booking is part of our books of account, and Indian law requires us to keep those for eight financial years under section 128 of the Companies Act 2013, and for six years under the GST rules. We keep the booking record and the payment reference for that period. We cannot delete them earlier, even if you ask, because we are required to hold them.
6. How we protect it
Enquiry and appointment data is transmitted over an encrypted connection and stored on a server accessible only to authorised Caspian Healthcare staff. Access is limited to the people who need it to answer you. No system is perfectly secure, and we will tell you promptly if a breach affects your information.
7. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- Tell you what personal information of yours we hold and how we have used it
- Correct anything inaccurate or incomplete
- Delete your information, where we are not required to keep it
- Withdraw consent for any future use
- Nominate another person to exercise these rights on your behalf if you are unable to
To make any of these requests, write to our grievance officer at the address in section 10. We will respond within 30 days.
8. Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information through this website from anyone under 18. Where a parent or guardian contacts us about a child's care, we treat that as the parent's or guardian's information.
9. Cookies
No cookies are set when you browse this site. Our visitor statistics are collected without them, and we use no advertising, retargeting or cross-site tracking cookies of any kind.
The one exception is the payment window. When you choose to pay for a booking, Razorpay's checkout opens and sets its own storage in your browser, which it needs to process the payment and to detect fraud. That happens only if you start a payment, it is Razorpay's storage rather than ours, and it is governed by their privacy policy. Nothing on this site tracks you for advertising, which is why you have not been shown a cookie banner.
