Childhood vaccination in India is well organised. Adult vaccination is not. Most adults with diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease or chronic lung disease are missing vaccines they are specifically recommended to have, usually because nobody ever sat down and went through the list with them. That is what this clinic does.
Adult vaccination is not about avoiding a week in bed. In people with diabetes, kidney disease, liver disease or chronic lung disease, these infections are what tips a stable condition into a hospital admission. That is the whole argument, and it is worth setting out honestly rather than in slogans.

India's first approved hepatitis E vaccine reached the market in January 2026. Hepatitis E causes up to 40 per cent of acute hepatitis and a large share of acute liver failure in India, and until this year there was nothing to offer at all.
Most Indian adults over 30 are already immune from childhood exposure, so we usually test before selling you a course you may not need. If you do need it, the single-dose option works out cheaper than the two-dose one.
In Hyderabad the commonest reason to need this is Hajj or Umrah, and since February 2025 it applies to Umrah too. Choose the conjugate vaccine: the certificate lasts five years instead of three.
The conjugate vaccine costs roughly ten times the older polysaccharide one and lasts considerably longer. The older one is also increasingly hard to obtain.
Most Indian adults have had tetanus toxoid but never the pertussis component. One catch-up dose fixes that, then a booster every ten years.
Vaccination is one part of a cervical health programme. Screening is the other part, and it does not stop being necessary. The price difference between products here is more than fivefold.
Two visits now means that if you are ever bitten, you need neither immunoglobulin nor the full course. In India that is a significant practical advantage, and the vaccine is price-controlled and cheap.
Approved by CDSCO on 22 July 2026. Not commercially launched. Reported industry expectation is a mid-2027 Indian launch, and no price has been announced. Anyone telling you otherwise is guessing.
No private clinic in India may give yellow fever vaccine or issue the international certificate. In Telangana there is exactly one authorised centre. This page exists because the information is genuinely hard to find.
Since February 2025 every Umrah pilgrim aged one year and above needs a meningococcal certificate, not just Hajj pilgrims. The rules around that certificate are specific, and getting them slightly wrong costs people two years of validity or a refused boarding.
Our fees are fixed and published. Administration is charged per visit rather than per syringe, so taking several vaccines together costs you less than coming back three times. Every vaccine is listed with the brand, the price per dose and the number of doses, so you can work out your own total rather than being told a number at the counter.

Prices shown are the manufacturer's maximum retail price per dose as at 12 August 2026; manufacturers and the National Pharmaceutical Pricing Authority revise these from time to time, and your actual cost is confirmed before anything is administered.
The commonest failure in adult vaccination is not refusal. It is a first dose given, and a second dose never taken. Hepatitis B needs three, shingles needs two, influenza needs one every year, and nobody remembers on their own.
A vaccine that has been through a broken cold chain looks exactly like one that has not. Since you cannot check, here is how it is handled.
Please book. Vaccines are ordered against appointments so that stock is fresh and the cold chain is not disturbed by holding open stock indefinitely. Booking also means we can review your history properly rather than guessing.
Any vaccination records you have, however incomplete. Old cards, hospital discharge summaries, employer health check reports and previous blood test results all help. If you have diabetes or kidney disease, bring your recent reports. If you are travelling, bring your itinerary and dates.
It is extremely common and rarely a barrier. For some vaccines we simply restart the course, which is safe. For hepatitis A and hepatitis B a blood test can tell us whether you are already protected, which sometimes saves you the entire course.
Usually yes. Most adult vaccines can be given at the same visit in different sites. A few combinations are better spaced out, and we will tell you which. Splitting doses across visits for convenience is also fine.
Sometimes because the product genuinely covers more, as with the nine-valent HPV vaccine against the four-valent one. Sometimes it is simply brand pricing for a near-identical product, which is the case across influenza vaccines. You are observed on site after every dose, and emergency medication for immediate allergic reactions is kept ready. Sore arm, mild fever and a day of tiredness are common and are not reasons to avoid the next dose. Anything more significant is documented and reported through the national adverse event reporting system, and we will tell you what we are reporting and why.
Meningococcal ACWY is mandatory, from age one, since February 2025. It must be given at least ten days before you arrive in Saudi Arabia, and the certificate must state the vaccine type or it counts for only three years instead of five.
