Questions to bring to your appointment

People think of the important question in the car on the way home. Tick what applies, add your own, and print it. Bringing a list is not being difficult, it is the single most useful thing a patient can do.

Build your list

Nothing is sent anywhere. The print comes out with space to write the answers.

Four questions worth asking whatever else you ask

    1. What would this cost me every month, and for how long? The most important question in the room and the one asked least often, usually out of politeness. Ask it before you agree to anything.
    2. What happens when I stop? If the answer is vague, keep asking. There is a real answer, the numbers are published, and you are entitled to hear them before you start.
    3. What are you not recommending, and why? This tells you far more than hearing the case for one option. Every option has a reason it was not chosen, and those reasons are where your own circumstances actually matter.
    4. Can I have that in writing? Always reasonable. Nobody should mind.

Talk to a doctor about your weight

Obesity is assessed and treated at Caspian Healthcare like any other long term condition. A consultation is ₹400 and includes a blood glucose check and a diet consultation.
