A family should not need three journeys for one episode of care. The consultation rooms, the laboratory, the pharmacy and the five inpatient beds are all in the one building at Ahmed Plaza, opposite the post office.

Consultants sit at set times. Outside those hours a primary care physician is on the premises, including through the night, rather than on call from home, and nursing cover and the laboratory keep the same hours.
