A primary care physician is on site 24 hours, including through the night
Consultation ₹400, including a diet consultation

Most of medicine is not an emergency and not a speciality problem. It is a fever that has gone on too long, a blood pressure reading that worried someone, a report you do not understand, or a child who is not right and you cannot say why.
That is what this is for. And unlike almost anywhere else at this size, there is a doctor here at three in the morning.
Our consultants sit at set times, listed on the doctors page. Outside those hours a primary care physician is on site (not on call from home, on site) and will see you, start treatment, and speak to the relevant consultant if your case needs it.
The laboratory, the pharmacy and nursing cover run 24 hours in the same building. A test at 2 am does not wait for morning, and the medicine is dispensed downstairs.
Our urgent care is for non-critical problems. We are not a trauma centre, we have no emergency department, no operation theatre and no intensive care unit. Acute medical problems are managed here; anything needing higher care is stabilised and referred without delay.
Chest pain, sudden weakness or difficulty speaking, a serious accident, heavy bleeding, unconsciousness, or a seizure that will not stop: call 108 or go directly to the nearest hospital with emergency facilities. Do not drive here first.
Walk in at any hour, or ring reception and we will fix a time. Consultation ₹400, which includes a diet consultation. Laboratory tests are billed separately by our laboratory, Caspian Diagnostic Centre, at its listed rates.
Tell us what you need and we will call you back, or ring us now. Someone answers at any hour, and if we are not the right place for your problem we will tell you that.
