1. About this website
This website is owned and operated by Caspian Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd., a company registered under the Companies Act 2013, trading as Caspian Healthcare, a Small Healthcare Organisation registered with the DMHO, at 10-3-761/8, Opp. Post Office, Vijay Nagar Colony, Hyderabad, Telangana 500057.
Caspian Healthcare, Caspian Diagnostic Centre and Caspian Pharmacy are trading names of the same company.
2. No doctor-patient relationship
Using this website, reading its content, or sending us a message does not create a doctor-patient relationship. That relationship begins only when you consult one of our doctors. Nothing here should be treated as medical advice for your particular situation. Please read our Medical Disclaimer.
3. Information accuracy
We work to keep the information here accurate and current, including doctor availability, timings, fees and services. Timings and fees can change, and doctors may be unavailable at short notice. Please call +91 89193 41154 to confirm anything you are relying on before you travel to us.
4. Appointments and bookings
When you use our appointment page, you are sending Caspian Healthcare a request for a time, not a confirmed booking. We will call you back on the number you give us to confirm a slot, and a time is subject to doctor availability. If we need to reschedule, we will contact you on that number.
Our appointment page also offers an optional link to book directly with a doctor on Eka Care. Anything booked there is subject to Eka Care's own terms and privacy policy, not ours.
5. Camps, packages and paid bookings
Some services on this website, such as screening camps and health packages, are booked and paid for online. These work differently from the appointment request described above. You choose a time, you pay at the time of booking, and your slot is confirmed straight away. You are given a booking reference on screen; keep it, though we can also find your booking by the mobile number you gave us.
Each time slot seats one person. A slot is held for you only while you complete payment, and is released if payment is not completed. If a payment is taken but a slot could not be held for you, we will contact you to arrange another time or refund you in full.
Cancellations, refunds, and what happens if you do not attend are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms for anything you pay for on this website.
Camp scans are complimentary for doctors. There is no separate free booking route online, so a doctor who books here pays in the normal way and is refunded on the day of the visit.
6. Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. We do not receive or store your card, UPI or bank details; those are handled by Razorpay under their own terms and privacy policy. What we keep is a record that a payment was made against your booking and the reference Razorpay gives us for it.
Prices shown include all charges for the service described. Refunds, where due, are made to the original payment method through Razorpay and are not made in cash.
7. Acceptable use
You may use this website for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of it, disrupt its operation, submit false information through our forms, use automated tools to extract content, book slots you do not intend to use, or use our forms to send unsolicited or abusive material.
8. Content ownership
All content on this website, including text, images, the Caspian Healthcare name, logo and tagline, belongs to Caspian Lifesciences Pvt. Ltd. unless stated otherwise. You may read it and share links to it. You may not republish, reproduce or adapt it for commercial purposes without our written permission.
9. Links to other websites
We link to external websites, including Eka Care, Razorpay, Google Maps and our social media pages. We are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.
10. Limitation of liability
We provide this website on an "as is" basis. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, this website, or from reliance on general information published here rather than on advice given to you in consultation.
Nothing in these terms limits our responsibilities as a clinical establishment or as your treating doctors, which are governed by medical law and professional regulation, not by these website terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Hyderabad, Telangana.
