You do not need a referral, and you do not need to have reached a crisis. Most people who come here have been managing something for a long time and have finally decided it is worth an hour of someone’s proper attention.
Consultations are private. Nothing is discussed with your family without your consent.

- Bipolar disorder and schizophrenia, including long-term follow-up
- Behavioural difficulties in children and adolescents, and ADHD

What actually happens
Mostly talking. There is no test to do first. If medication is the right answer we will explain what it does, what it does not do, and how long before you can judge it. If it is not the right answer, we will say that too.
What it costs
₹500 for a 20-minute consultation. A formal psychometric assessment, where one is indicated, is ₹1,500 and takes about an hour.
What we do not do
We are not an inpatient psychiatric facility and we do not have a de-addiction ward. Anyone needing admission for a mental health crisis is referred to a centre equipped for it.

Mon–Thu and Sat, 5.30–8.30 pm. Friday and Sunday closed. Outside those hours a primary care physician is on site, including through the night.
