Dr. Mohammad Sameer Ahmed · Pulmonologist · MBBS (Kakatiya Medical College), MD Pulmonary Medicine (Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad) · Telangana State Medical Council TSMC/FMR/01466
Mon–Sat, 8–10 pm
Consultation ₹500

A cough that has not settled, breathlessness that is new, or asthma that keeps flaring despite an inhaler are all worth a proper look rather than another course of antibiotics.
Chest infections needing intravenous antibiotics, and exacerbations of asthma or COPD that respond to treatment here, are commonly admitted. Five beds, nursing cover through the night, and the laboratory in the same building.
Dr. Sameer consults Mon–Sat, 8–10 pm. Outside those hours a primary care physician is on site (not on call from home, on site) and will see you, start treatment, and speak to him if the case needs it.
We have no intensive care unit and no ventilator. Respiratory failure, anything needing ventilation or intensive monitoring, and any case needing a bronchoscopy or a chest drain is stabilised here and referred without delay to a centre equipped for it.
If you are fighting for breath, blue around the lips, or coughing large amounts of blood, call 108 or go directly to the nearest hospital with emergency facilities. Do not wait for the evening clinic.
Mon–Sat, 8–10 pm. Consultation ₹500. Laboratory tests and imaging are billed separately by our laboratory, Caspian Diagnostic Centre, at its listed rates.
Tell us what you need and we will call you back, or ring us now. Someone answers at any hour, and if we are not the right place for your problem we will tell you that.
