You then sit down for twenty minutes with a Certified Diabetes and Obesity Educator who goes through every line of it and tells you what to do about it.
Come with an empty bladder and no heavy meal in the last two hours.Water is fine, and take your usual medicines as normal. Please do not exercise, bathe or use a sauna just before, and come with bare feet rather than socks or stockings. No cream or lotion on your feet.
Please do not book this scan if you are pregnant, or if you have a pacemaker, an implanted defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device.
